Cut the fat off
This part of a chicken is fatty, so I cut the fat off to reduce calories. It won’t be less delicious, believe me!
I like when chicken is a little bit spicy, so I add salt, paprika and black paper. I don’t use special seasonings for meat. Prefer something more or less natural.
Place it on a grill or a grill pan
Chicken gets ready very quick, so watch it!
